CONTEMPORARY DANCE

In my class, I share my understanding of movement and gesture, focusing on their quality and nuances, as well as the principles and tools that shape my dance language and approach to composition. I will introduce the methods I use during my creative process.

During the class, we will explore technique, improvisation, and partnering, unlocking the full potential of our creativity. Special attention will be given to metaphors, associations, and ideas that infuse movement with meaning. The class will also feature repertoire and choreographic elements from my own projects.

Each participant will engage in tasks that foster creativity, awareness, and, most importantly, openness to self-expression.

CONTEMPORARY ACROBATIC

My journey into the world of movement began with acrobatics, and today I integrate reimagined acrobatic elements through the lens of form and movement quality into my dance arsenal, transforming them into expressive instruments. In the Contemporary Acrobatic classes, we will strive to create a harmonious fusion where dance and acrobatics complement each other. Together, we will explore the body's potential, delve into the dynamics of energy and weight, the interplay of axes and planes, the sensation of flow, and the subtleties of movement.
